RAAYA by Atmosphere Wins ‘Opening of the Year’ at Travel Time Awards 2024

Just one year since opening, RAAYA by Atmosphere has earned the prestigious ‘Opening of the Year’ title at the Travel Time Awards 2024, one of Russia’s top travel industry recognitions.

Presented annually, the Travel Time Awards honour excellence across 24 categories, based on votes from readers, the editorial board, and travel agencies. RAAYA stood out among over 80 nominees, with its blend of family-friendly hospitality, rich guest experiences, and scenic beauty helping secure its place among 29 winners.

Located in the Maldives, RAAYA has quickly become a favourite among Russian travellers, who make up one of its top three guest markets. The resort has welcomed nearly 1,490 Russian guests, drawn by its vibrant activities, marine excursions, Padel tennis, and standout dining, including the sustainable Seb’s Farm harvest-to-plate experience.
