Since day one of when the resort first started, the health and well-being of its team members and guests has always been the resort’s topmost priority. And right now, with the current global health crisis, the resort understands that it needs to deliver the topmost hygiene and safety measures.

The entire resort has stepped up its standards and procedures working closely with local health authorities and adhering to the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) to deliver exceptional hospitality and experiences for its guests.

Upon arrival, everything is handled by the resort, starting from a contact-less check-in and payment process, temperature check upon arrival, welcome health and safety kits provided to all guests and all luggage sanitized prior to resort transfer.

In terms of health and well-being, enhanced cleanliness and hygiene standards, including rigorous sanitization in all villas and public areas, have been implemented as well as guests required to wear masks at the spa and at the gym.
