Safety & Hygiene Measures at The Residence by Cenizaro

At The Residence Maldives on Falhumaafushi island, safety and hygiene of guests and staff are paramount. The luxury resort is taking several precautionary measures at the resort and has also introduced flexible arrangements for guests who would like to adjust their bookings.

Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts have been carefully monitoring the evolving global situation and have been in regular contact with health agencies for information and guidance. The properties continue to implement preventive measures in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as the individual country’s local health agencies and government authorities where they operate.

The Health & Safety protocols & procedures include:

• Provision of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers throughout the operations, in all public and back of house areas

• Enhanced and increased frequency of scheduled cleaning and disinfection in high guest contact and staff areas as the resort continues to maintain our optimal standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Daily temperature screening for all guests and staff.

• Ensuring staff vigilance and adherence in taking precautionary health measures including frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying at home when sick and pausing all non-essential travel.
