From January 27 to 29, the resort will host renowned pâtissier Chef Joanna Artieda, who is known for her remarkable artistry in the world of desserts.

Recognized by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the best resorts in the Indian Ocean, Coco Bodu Hithi is thrilled to welcome Chef Artieda, whose accolades include being named Best Spanish Chef in 2016 and earning the Navarra Award for Gastronomy in 2022. Guests will have the unique opportunity to sample her incredible sweet creations, which have earned her international recognition, including multiple honors from Madrid Fusion and Pastry Revolution Magazine.

Chef Artieda’s dedication to the craft is evident in her approach to pastry, blending technique with creativity. Her 2019 book, Sweet 12, redefined the art of seasonal desserts and showcased her innovative perspective.

This exclusive event will be further elevated by the talents of Martin Cahill, Group Culinary Director of Coco Collection and a Michelin Star-winning chef. Cahill will kick off the celebrations with a special opening dinner, while Chef Artieda will delight guests with an array of indulgent desserts that are sure to leave a lasting impression.
