This chef needs no further introduction beyond the two Michelin stars, three Repsol suns, and a host of award-winning restaurants to his name.

Renowned for his theatric vision with the Spanish cuisine, he sticks to the roots and elevates the food to an avant-garde experience. Featuring for only two nights, Chef Paco will represent flamboyant dishes paired with fine wines, firstly perched over the ocean at Edge, and then six meters below the surface at Subsix. Flavors and ingredients are 100% Spanish with a modern twist.
