Aspire Sustainability Initiative of the Year:

Luxury travel trade magazine Aspire bestowed the "Sustainability Initiative of the Year" award, acknowledging Six Senses Laamu's groundbreaking efforts in the high-end travel sector. The resort's commitment to marine conservation shines through its newly established marine science research and education center, the SHELL (Sea Hub of Environmental Learning in Laamu). The SHELL fosters collaboration, innovation, and education, housing ten marine biologists from the Maldives Underwater Initiative.

Maldives Ministry of Tourism Awards:

Recognizing the resort's significant impact on local communities, the Maldives Ministry of Tourism presented Six Senses Laamu with the "Community Engagement Award" and the "Environmental Sustainability Award."
