So Much More Than Just Sunbathing in the Maldives!

Sunday 30th of May 2021

The Maldives, bright and sunny as is, offers a lot more opportunities to indulge in a wide range of activities for guests of all ages. With the summer school holidays just around the corner, Amilla Maldives has unveiled a jam-packed schedule of entertainment on June 15 for the whole family to enjoy together.

Bringing together performers from around the globe to the stage at Amilla Maldives, multilingual performers will be providing engaging entertainment sessions for guests. Teens can stretch and dance their way at workshops and masterclasses for fire dancing to DJ lessons, even aerial acrobatics if that's how they like to swing. A calmer approach is offered at the alternate coconut painting and chess workshops.

The popular Amilla Football Camp will continue this year too, as Coach Murey hosts workshops six days per week for age groups nine and under, 10 to 13 year and 14 years and above. Sports enthusiasts have a two-month long football academy awaiting. Continuing ahead on the incredible Amilla Academy quest, the resort offers kids a dedicated space for studying alongside assistance from an in-house tutor. The tutor also hosts weekly English/Russian lessons and is available for private tutoring services.

On the other hand, the curated wellness packages offer a holistic approach to rejuvenating themselves while on holiday. The packages focus on Active De-Stress, Movement, Mindfulness, Detox and even Acrobatics designed flexibly so that it can be incorporated with the itinerary of the guests as they please. They can be taken up for five days, seven days or longer. Each package includes Wellness team consultation on a tailor-made plan for the guest, crafted around the resort’s delicious ‘Wellness Your Way’ menus.

Baa Atoll, home to the world’s most majestic Manta season, has started to welcome guests for an out-of-this-world experience of a lifetime. Amilla is located just minutes away from Hanifaru Bay, where guests can snorkel with the gentle giants of the ocean and witness marvels beneath the waves. The H.U.B. Watersports Centre on the resort allows guests to learn how to scuba dive with Dive Butler International or learn how to ski, wakeboard or sail, ocean adventures to thrill!
