Pudding
Butter 15g
Sugar 50g
Coconut milk 250 ml
Orange zest
Raisins 15g
Almond flakes 15g
Raspberry puree 50g
Fine semolina 30g
Pinch of fine salt
Caramelized banana
Bananas 2
Brown sugar 15
Butter 15g
Orange juice 50ml
Peel the banana and chop them into big pieces. Melt the butter and add brown sugar as it starts to boil. Add the bananas and sauté.
In a different pan, add coconut milk, sugar, butter, orange zest, raisins and almond flakes. After stirring, add raspberry puree, fine semolina and a pinch of salt into the mixture. And there you have your delicious raspberry pudding with caramelized banana.
