An adventure that began in the skies in 1933 still stands as an endeavor that unites people and cultures across countries and continents, inspiring travel experiences of remarkable standards in the hearts of wander lusters. Coming back to the skies with the meticulous efforts of many stakeholders, Turkish Airlines has taken flight, this time with healthier and safer standards amidst the global pandemic.
The airlines announced its March-April 2021 flight schedule, flying passengers to 226 destinations worldwide. Already connecting the world with the main international gateway of Maldives, Velana International Airport twice a week, Turkish Airlines will now be flying 5 times a week, adding three more frequencies to the sunny side of life. It is currrently the sixth largest carrier to the Maldives, having flown over 12,400 travellers this year, as of March 24, 2021.
Turkish Airlines offers flexible travel opportunities given how difficult it is to plan in this period. Passengers can make unlimited changes for ticketings made between March 21, 2020 and December 31, 2021 (inclusive).
