The three-night residency, scheduled from February 7 to February 11, 2024, promises an extraordinary culinary experience for guests at the luxury resort.

Chef David Hartwig, representing IGNIV Bangkok, the first IGNIV outside of Switzerland, brings with him the prestige of a Michelin Star awarded in 2022. The culinary journey at IGNIV Bangkok under Chef Hartwig's leadership has consistently maintained its Michelin Star for the third consecutive year. This collaboration with The St. Regis Maldives offers guests a rare opportunity to indulge in the culinary artistry of one of the world's preeminent chefs.

Decadent Weekend Highlights:

The decadent weekend kicks off with an elaborate dinner at Decanter, the resort's exclusive underground wine cellar and dining room (USD $395++). Chef Hartwig and his team will craft a delectable menu rooted in modern Swiss heritage, showcasing the precision and creativity that define IGNIV. The culinary journey will be complemented by unique wine pairings, creating a memorable dining experience.

As part of the culinary residency, Chef Hartwig will host a semi-private cooking class in the resort's state-of-the-art test kitchen. This intimate setting allows six guests to interact with the Michelin-starred chef, learning various cooking and plating techniques unique to IGNIV (USD $180++). The series concludes with a lively dinner at Whale Bar, the resort's exclusive overwater lounge offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean (USD $195++).
