Turkish Airlines Announces Suspended Flights

In accordance with decisions taken by the official authorities, domestic flights have been suspended until June 04, 2020 and international flights have been suspended until June 10, 2020 in order to protect public health against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The announcement was made by Turkish Airline on 20th May.

For ticket change and other requests, customers have been requested to call the airline’s customer care centre at +90 850 333 0 849 or fill out feedback form through the website and mobile application.

Earlier on 11th May, the airline announced flexible changing rights for passengers booking new domestic and international flights. Customers were allowed to change domestic and international tickets purchased between March 21 and June 20, 2020 until December 31, 2021, or to change the ticket into an Open Ticket.

On 4th April, in accordance with decisions taken by the official authorities of the Republic of Turkey, all domestic and international flights were suspended in order to protect public health against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Passengers from 70 countries were not permitted to enter Turkey.
