Unfolding the Festive Season in a Milaidhoo Story

The tiny island of Milaidhoo maybe tiny in size, but is capable of surprising you big time. It is perfectly intimate and offers a myriad of experiences that are curated in line with the ethos and culture encapsulated in every element of the island.

This festive season, Milaidhoo reveals an enjoyable lineup of events all family members can take up together. Bringing ashore a culinary brigade, the talented Chef Ziyan will be taking exclusive cooking classes for guests on the island. Here, you can learn Chef Ziyan’s insightful knowledge on the Maldivian cuisine and how he creates magical dishes out of tropical ingredients.

Cook up your skills in the kitchen and participate in the “Master Chef Competition” set up on the breathtaking beach. This fun competition will have a panel of Milaidhoo chefs sampling and scoring the dishes made by guests.

The Compass Pool Bar team also joins the activities, but changes it up by making things all about spirit and wine – a journey around the world! Stop in the exotic Brazil, Napa Valley, India, Australia and beyond, all in a glass of wine.

Activities and action will be plentiful, with excursions on-board fishing boats or Milaidhoo’s luxury yacht, party nights on a sandbank and sporting events on the beach. Selected live music will add to the festive story and mood.

The events will conclude with an exciting Gala Night themed around contemporary Maldivian experiences. Countdown to new year at the party infused with cultural Maldivian performances, and lit up with fireworks.
