Maldives was promoted impeccably in one of South Korea’s largest E-Commerce Websites, in ‘Naver Live Shopping – South Korea’ that took place on November 17th, 2021. Visit Maldives in association with Singapore Airlines informed of the flight schedules between Maldives and South Korea Via Singapore Airlines to further encourage live sales of flight tickets on top of promoting Maldives as a destination for South Korea’s tourists.
The purpose of participating in the event was to promote Maldives as the safe haven that it is post covid-19, creating brand and connectivity awareness among travelers amid the upcoming festive season. Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and Crossroads Maldives, SAii Lagoon remain as the resorts promoted during the event.
The activities of this campaign included social media posts and videos on Naver Marketing Channels and the display of participating properties on the landing page of Naver Travel, a dedicated website for honeymooners and couples.
