Chef Ilse has an impressive background, having worked in some of the world’s most renowned kitchens. She served as Head Pastry Chef at Sushi Samba in Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha and has also contributed to prestigious establishments like L’Atelier Joël Robuchon in Dubai and Pujol in Mexico City. Her experience in these high-end kitchens has solidified her reputation in the world of haute patisserie.
A graduate of the Technical & Hotel School of Monaco, Chef Ilse trained under Chef Benoit Perruchon-Monge and speaks multiple languages, including Spanish, English, French, and Chinese. This diverse skill set allows her to bring a global perspective to her work, aligning well with the bold, adventurous spirit of W Maldives.
