Nikita Martynov has worked as an Executive Chef for 10 years in Russia and will introduce his expertise in bringing a sensational Russian experience at the resort.
Chef Nikita Martynov stayed at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa, to train the other staff and improve their knowledge on Russian native dishes. To test if the training was a success, the resort organized a 6-course special Russian dinner, directly on the main beach, in which every dish was paired up with high quality wines and champagnes.
The perfect word to describe Russian cuisine is “unique”. With a combination of fish, pork, poultry, caviar, mushrooms, berries and honey, Russian cuisine is super delicious and makes its own special stand among its competing cuisines.
