Visit Maldives is collaborating with ITAKA to carry out a destination presence promoting campaign for Maldives in Poland. Starting this month, digital marketing activities and outdoor ambient activities have commenced in strategically chosen platforms and areas around Poland.
The campaign with ITAKA is designed to boost bookings to Maldives via inspiring visual content advertised on AdWords, and various travel and lifestyle Polish websites as animated display ads and push messages. Content on Maldives will also be featured on the popular platform of Instagram. Combined, the digital ads have a potential audience of reaching an estimated 25 million unique users.
Maldives will also be showcased as an ideal safe haven for post-pandemic travel on TV displays at 150 of ITAKA’s offices across Poland throughout the month. In addition, the LED screen in front of the Hard Rock Café at Złote Tarasy Al. Jerozolimskie will also be utilized for ad displays on the beautiful sceneries and unique experiences in the Maldives. A large print banner will also be placed in the popular hub of Koszyki in Warsaw where monthly traffic of visitors surpasses 1.4 million on an average.
Poland ranks at the 12th position of top source markets to the Maldives with massive potential for growth. The market has shown promising interest in the affluent destination of Maldives recently and Visit Maldives is committed to maintaining the destination presence in the market with various marketing activities planned ahead. The ongoing campaign is also perfectly timed with the introduction of charter flights to the Maldives from Warsaw.
