3 Signature Jumeirah Restaurants Reopen

Jumeirah Group has re-opened three of its signature restaurants at Jumeirah Al Naseem and Jumeirah Mina A’Salam. Kayto, Rockfish and Shimmers will all be operating in accordance with governmental guidelines to continually protect both guests and colleagues’ health and safety.

Kayto

Located in the rooftop of The Palmery Jumeirah Al Naseem, Kayto serves an exotic blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine known as “Nikkei”. . A place to discover and be discovered in, KAYTO will impress guests with its refreshed décor in a soft nude colour palette, secluded outdoor seating areas and spectacular views of the ever-iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. The restaurant is open Daily from 18:00 to 22:00.

Rockfish

Experience Mediterranean dining like never before at the eclectic, beach-front restaurant, located in the Pool area of Jumeirah Al Naseem. Watch the spectacular sunsets and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah's lights while you savour signature seafood dishes like salt crusted seabass and lobster risotto, crafted by Executive Chef Marco Garfagnini. Open daily from 12:00 to 22:00.

Shimmers

Shimmers sits on one of the best locations in Dubai, right on Madinat Jumeirah’s private beach with spectacular views of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. Offering resort guests and local residents authentic Greek food and a casual chic atmosphere, the completely refurbished beach restaurant is the newest concept in Jumeirah Mina A’Salam. Open daily, 12:00 - 22:00.
