A Taste of Island Life: Sheraton Maldives Partners with Tina & Alex

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa is launching a unique culinary experience with the renowned food producers of Germany Tina and Alex Pestl. Located on the beach of Furanafushi Island, this joint venture will be based on the Maldivian cuisine and the family-style ingredients of the duo, which they have successfully used on their blog Selbstgemacht-Der Foodblog.

On 22 October 2025, the guests will go on a classic Maldivian group fishing experience, which will be followed by grilling the fresh catch on the beach and then dine under the stars with Tina and Alex which is both a local experience and an experience of sharing stories.

The resort jointly with Marriott Bonvoy is also selling a four-night Culinary Escape on 20 to 24 October 2025. The package consists of an Overwater Villa with Pool, daily gourmet meals, interactive cooking session with Tina and Alex, the group fishing adventure, shine spa treatment, sunset dolphin cruise, and free water sports.
