The National Hotel and Guest House Association of Maldives (NHGAM) has announced Air Arabia as the official airline partner for the NHGAM Roadshow 2024, which will take place from December 17-20, 2024 in Tbilisi, Georgia and Baku, Azerbaijan. The partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony in Malé, with Mohamed Bassam Adam, COO and Aviation Head of Lets Go Maldives (Air Arabia's GSA in the Maldives), and Abdulla Nasheed, President of NHGAM, signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The partnership is seen as a key development for the NHGAM Roadshow, as Air Arabia will offer discounted airfares and layover hotel packages for Maldivian tourism professionals attending the event. These offerings are designed to make travel easier and more affordable for participants, helping to strengthen the Maldives’ presence in international markets.
The NHGAM Roadshow serves as an important platform for Maldivian tourism stakeholders to connect with global industry professionals and promote the Maldives as a top travel destination. With Air Arabia’s support, this year’s event will offer participants the opportunity to engage with international markets while benefiting from the airline’s cost-effective travel solutions.
As part of the partnership, Air Arabia will also have the opportunity to showcase its services and network at the roadshow, providing additional exposure to its brand among tourism professionals in Georgia and Azerbaijan.
This collaboration highlights the continued efforts to build stronger connections between the Maldives and key international markets, supporting the growth of the Maldives’ tourism sector.
