Airlines are Taking to the Skies and Qatar Airways Offers More Global Connectivity Than Any Other!

The multiple award-winning airlines, Qatar Airways, that has been recognized in so many uncountable ways, is a unique featured airline with the industry’s first-ever double bed in Business Class, as well as privacy panels allowing passengers in adjoining seats to create their own private room. This makes the airlines stand out as a first of its kind to implement such innovation from the whole industry.

Even amidst such unprecedented times, due to the outbreak of the global pandemic, COVID-19, Qatar Airways continues to lead the industry in providing global connectivity by resuming flights to just over half the destinations it operated pre-COVID-19.

The airways have never fallen below 30 destinations and since the onset of the pandemic, Qatar Airways has been providing continuous services to over five continents.

By the mid of September, over 650 weekly flights to more than 85 destinations, will be operated by the national carrier of the State of Qatar, providing more flexible travel options to more global destinations than any other airline.

The Chief Executive of Qatar Airways Group stated that they are proud to be the leading global airline, connecting passengers with the world as well as operating one of the youngest, most fuel-efficient and sustainable fleets to take people safely to where they need to be.

He also says that although he believes that the recovery of international travel is quite a going to take quite a while, he takes the return to over 50% of the pre-COVID-19 network as a significant milestone.

He highlights that by continuing to fly during the pandemic while others stopped, the airlines have gained trust from passengers for its reliability.
