Amaya Kuda Rah Welcomes Arosha Pananwala As General Manager

Located in the heart of the dive paradise, South Ari Atoll, Amaya Kuda Rah has announced the appointment of Arosha Pananwala as the resort’s new General Manager. In his new role, Arosha will be overseeing all operations at Amaya Kuda Rah and is expected to deliver a refreshing range of new luxurious experiences to guests during his time.

A highly-focused and detail-oriented professional, Arosha found his initial footing in the hospitality industry in 1991. Since then, he has gained various experiences and expertise working in prominent departments of the industry, building a reputed career in the scene. For a brief stint, Arosha joined Cinnamon Island Alidhoo Maldives where his outstanding talents were instantly recognized by the brand. This landed him the position of General Manager at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana back in his home country, Sri Lanka which drew him back to his country.

Thereafter, Arosha later returned to the Maldives again to take on the same role at the Maldivian property, Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa. With an excellent track record of efficient management and leadership skills in all previous endeavours, Arosha immensely contributed to the Cinnamon hotel’s reputation for excellence and was a key figure in decision-making and pushing forward the resort’s current profitability.

He now takes on a new challenge by stepping in as the General Manager of Amaya Kuda Rah situated in the coveted location of South Ari Atoll. Aided by his extensive experience and insightful knowledge, Arosha will strive to elevate guest experiences and provide top-quality services to visitors aligning with the brand vision of Amaya Resorts & Spas.
