Previously serving as Front Office Manager, Amjad played a crucial role in improving service standards, ensuring smooth guest interactions, and helping strengthen the resort's reputation for outstanding hospitality. His leadership extended across various departments, including guest services and airport coordination, driving operational efficiency and service improvements.

Amjad’s contributions go beyond operational success. As Quality Champion, he effectively managed guest feedback, elevating service delivery and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction. His focus on team development has also been pivotal in fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Amjad furthered his professional growth with certifications from Cornell University.
