Atmosphere Core, an international hospitality company, has announced two key appointments aimed at enhancing operations and revenue management across its portfolio. Alain Camille Trefois has been appointed as the General Manager of OBLU NATURE Helengeli by SENTIDO, a renowned 4-star resort known for its exceptional diving experiences. Meanwhile, Mohammed Belhacen takes on the role of Cluster Director of Revenue for Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts and COLOURS OF OBLU brands.

Alain Trefois Joins OBLU NATURE Helengeli

Alain Trefois brings over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry to his new role as General Manager at OBLU NATURE Helengeli. Having worked with top international brands across Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, and the Maldives, Alain has extensive expertise in luxury hotel operations, food and beverage services, rooms division, and wellness management. He is known for transforming properties into high-performing and award-winning destinations.

Helengeli Island, where the resort is located, is renowned for its beautiful house reef and world-class diving. Alain’s experience in managing luxury resorts will be instrumental in further enhancing the guest experience and ensuring high standards of service at OBLU NATURE Helengeli.

Mohammed Belhacen Appointed Cluster Director of Revenue

Mohammed Belhacen has joined Atmosphere Core as the Cluster Director of Revenue, overseeing the company’s revenue management strategy for seven resorts across the Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts and COLOURS OF OBLU brands. A French national, Mohammed brings a wealth of global experience in revenue optimization, having previously worked in Canada, France, Morocco, Switzerland, and the UK. His background includes senior leadership roles with prestigious brands, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where he managed the revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels in Morocco.

In his new role, Mohammed will be responsible for implementing revenue strategies, optimizing pricing structures, and enhancing profitability across the group’s resorts. His extensive experience in both leisure and group markets will play a critical role in driving growth and improving financial performance across the resorts.

Strengthening Operations and Guest Experiences

Both Alain and Mohammed will play pivotal roles in strengthening the operations of Atmosphere Core’s resorts. With a focus on service excellence and sustainable growth, their leadership will be key in supporting the company's ethos of creating meaningful guest experiences.
