Bandos Maldives has announced the impressive achievements of its Food & Beverage team at the Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge 2024. The team earned a total of 16 medals—4 Gold, 4 Silver, and 8 Bronze—highlighting their dedication and culinary expertise.
Among the Gold Medal winners, Shiv Singh stood out with his exceptional Vegetarian Main Course, while Jagath Indika impressed with his Artistic Pastry Show Piece. P. Pathirannahalage excelled in Beef Hot Cooking to also claim Gold, and Yallappa Patil received a Merit in Nescafe Creative Coffee.
In the Silver category, Shiv Singh secured another Silver for his Creative Dunar Rice Dish. Akash Milan showcased his skills in Seafood Hot Cooking and earned Silver, alongside Shihan Madusha, who also received Silver for Beef Hot Cooking. Putu Aditya earned Silver for his impressive Nescafe Creative Coffee.
The team also claimed Bronze Medals for various culinary creations, including Jagath Indika for Fruit & Vegetable Carving and Akash Milan for Appetiser (Hot or Cold). Other Bronze winners included Shihan Madusha for Lamb Hot Cooking, Mohammad Nakib for Seafood Hot Cooking, and Dilli Khati for his Vegetarian Main Course.
