Banyan Tree Group launches SafeSanctuary, an integrated health and wellbeing program that incorporates protocols of assurance and wellbeing standards, in partnership with Bureau Veritas, a company specialized in testing, inspection and certification founded in 1828. This will be rolled out progressively from June 2020 throughout all properties.
The program has over 40 areas of enhanced protocols, including screening procedures, hygiene stations, and redesigned processes throughout the guest and associate experience. Highlights of the program include protective assurance protocols, providing for contactless journeys and preventing through continuous education and training.
