The Executive Chef at Vilamandhoo Resort, Luca Massimiliano Radice, has been appointed with the prestigious honor of being Denmark’s representative Ambassador for the charity initiative, ‘CSF’ (Chefs Sans Frontieres).
Cuisine sans frontières invites to the table to resolve conflicts and foster community spirit. Cooking and eating together improves our quality of life: conversations take place, relationships are built and problems are solved, thereby strengthening the foundations of every community. Csf builds gastronomic meeting places and training facilities in areas of (social) conflict, always in cooperation with a local partnering organization. Their goal is at all times to secure the long-term independent economic sustainability of the projects.
Luca holds the prestigious title of World Chefs Certified Master Chef (WCMC) and World Chefs Certified Executive Chef (WCEC) World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS), and City & Guilds.
He has worked and multiple major American and European 5 and 6-star cruise line brands, and many 5-star hotel chains across the MiddleEast, and East Africa as Area Corporate Executive Chef, with a mission and purpose, to deliver the best culinary experience to guests, whilst merging traditions with innovative and interactive contemporary trends.
