Comfort and Care from Sheraton Maldives to Fiyavathi Orphanage

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa has donated mattresses worth MVR 85,118.40 to Fiyavathi Orphanage in Hulhumalé. The handover took place on May 13, 2025, as part of the resort’s continued efforts to support the local community.

The donation was personally delivered by the resort’s General Manager, Greg Allan, during a visit to the government-run orphanage, which provides care, shelter, and education for children from across the Maldives.

“At Sheraton Maldives, we believe that true hospitality extends beyond our resort,” said Allan. “This donation reflects our commitment to the local community and our hope to positively impact the daily lives of these children.”

The contribution is part of Sheraton Maldives’ broader corporate social responsibility program, which includes sustainability projects, education initiatives, and other charitable efforts.

By donating essential items like mattresses, the resort aims to improve the comfort and wellbeing of the children at Fiyavathi, and to continue building strong relationships with local institutions.
