The Nautilus Maldives has launched its June Wellness Awakening—a month-long celebration of holistic well-being set within the peaceful surroundings of the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Designed to encourage stillness, reflection, and personal rhythm, the festival invites guests to embrace a slower, more intuitive approach to wellness.
At the centre of the experience is The Wellness Reset, a restorative detox offered by the resort’s Solasta Spa. This flexible wellness programme can be tailored over one, two, or three days and features a blend of breath-led detox yoga, lymphatic drainage massage, and a signature Tao’an tea bath ritual. The ritual, inspired by ancient Eastern practices, is a new addition to the spa menu and promotes clarity, calm, and natural healing.
Throughout June, guests can also participate in a curated calendar of activities marking Global Wellness Day (14 June) and International Yoga Day (21 June). The lineup includes guided meditations, aerial and beach yoga, sound healing, and massage workshops—each designed to restore balance and presence.
Art sessions led by local Maldivian artists add a creative layer to the programme, offering space for self-expression through storytelling and painting. Meanwhile, spa experiences by Maison Caulières and Omorovicza blend French sensorial beauty and Hungarian mineral-rich traditions to deepen the sense of renewal.
Solasta Spa Manager Meena Grung shared that the festival is less about following a fixed routine and more about giving guests the freedom to explore well-being in a way that feels right for them.
With only 26 private houses and residences, The Nautilus offers an ultra-personalised island escape where every moment is crafted with care. June Wellness Awakening is not just a retreat—it’s a quiet invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by the beauty of the Indian Ocean.
