1. China closes down its last coronavirus hospital
China has closed most of the makeshift hospitals opened to receive coronavirus patients in the epidemic's epicenter as the number of new infections in the country hit a record low.
2. Doctors in India have been successful in treating Coronavirus
A combination of two anti-HIV drugs has proved crucial in the treatment of coronavirus positive cases, a senior official of the Rajasthan government said. Three of the four patients in the state have now been declared coronavirus-free.
3. A 103-year-old Chinese grandmother has made a full recovery
This is the oldest person to recover from the deadly disease that we know of so far. Zhang Guangfen recovered from the disease after receiving treatment for just six days at a hospital in Wuhan – the Chinese city at the centre of the outbreak.

The isolated virus will help researchers in Canada and across the world develop better diagnostic testing, treatments and vaccines, and to gain a fuller understanding of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.

The first three people to test positive for Coronavirus in the state of Maryland have recovered and are able to resume their normal lives.

Out of 13 total cases, there hasn’t been a coronavirus positive case from a Maldivian so far.
