In the spirit of the festive season, Dhigali Maldives welcomed guests and locals to a mesmerizing Christmas Tree Lighting event held at the picturesque Haali Beach. Embracing sustainability and the magic of the holidays, the resort showcased handcrafted Christmas trees made from locally-sourced driftwood, adding an eco-friendly and elegant touch to the celebration.

As part of Dhigali Maldives' commitment to environmental consciousness, the unique display of Christmas trees, created entirely in-house from driftwood, symbolizes the resort's dedication to sustainable practices and its appreciation for the natural beauty of the Maldivian environment.

The Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony featured the melodious voices of the Dhigali Carolers, who brought the spirit of the season to life with classic holiday tunes and festive cheer. To add an extra layer of enchantment, Santa's helpers joined in to illuminate the tree and the entire island, transforming Dhigali into a captivating winter wonderland, ensuring Santa can find the resort on December 25th.

The culinary journey at Dhigali during the celebration included festive favorites and a new addition—sushi, providing guests with a delightful taste of the holiday season as they enjoyed the sunset and the twinkling lights of the Christmas tree.

To culminate the Christmas Tree Lighting event with joy and merriment, the resort surprised attendees with an impromptu dance party featuring tunes by resident singer Cathy, creating a festive atmosphere that embraced the magic of the holidays.
