Emirates scores major wins at the Business Traveler Middle East Awards 2022, bringing home ‘Best Airline Worldwide’ Award for the Ninth time in a row along with ‘Best Premium Economy Class’, ‘Best Economy Class’ and ‘Best Frequent Flyer Program’.

The awards recognize Emirates' unwavering dedication to delivering on its 'Fly Better' promise by investing multi-billion dollars in customer experience initiatives, goods, and services in the air and on the ground throughout a year of rebuilding and recovery.

Even as others cut back, Emirates continues to develop new goods and innovations, providing it a strategic advantage to further differentiate its trademark customer experience from booking to boarding.

Only a year after its debut, Emirates' Premium Economy has proven to be a cut above the rest, with customers praising its 19.5 inch spacious seats, 40 inch roomy pitch, and relaxing 8 inch reclining position, complemented by soft leather finishings, 6-way adjustable headrests, a footrest, and luxurious wood paneling inspired by the airline's Business Class cabin.

From 1st August, the airline will launch the full Premium Economy experience onboard and on the ground, including dedicated check-in at DXB, uniquely designed amenities such as soft, sustainable blankets and generously sized pillows, complimentary amenity kits, fine glass and chinaware, curated dining and beverage options, and thoughtful culinary touches such as premium wines and chocolates.

Passengers may also spend hours entertaining themselves with the greatest IFE in the sky, which includes up to 5,000 channels! Moreover, the whole Premium Economy Class experience will be available for purchase on June 1 for travel beginning August 1 for Emirates customers flying to London, Paris, Sydney, and Christchurch beginning in December.

Emirates has also implemented a number of customer-focused initiatives in the recent year, including increasing and scaling up its digital efforts for faster experiences through additional biometric and contactless touchpoints in Dubai.
