Maria Luisa Lalli

The OZEN brand’s latest flex, uber-luxe private island resort of OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI will be led by Maria Luisa Lalli as the General Manager. No stranger to the Maldives, Luisa has over eleven years of experience in the destination. Her prior experiences in the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka has also seasoned her as a professional. Her innately empathetic approach puts every guest at ease, building genuine connections that often result in repeat visits!

Luisa adheres to the philosophy of leading by example, inspiring every colleague to create authentic experiences for guests with an impeccable service culture and warm-hearted spirit.

Henar Gil Pios

Presenting as a Global Citizen by spirit, Henar Gil Rios brings a brings a wealth of luxury hospitality experience to OZEN as the General Manager of OZEN LIFE MAADHOO. Her experiences in in the United States, France, Asia, and Mexico has deepened her knowledge in creatively leading her team to success.

Her goal in the new role will focus on of delivering elegance in its most raw form through authentic, ultra-sophisticated experiences, both tangible and intangible, that complement the pristine beauty of the destination.

Both the leads will be responsible for all the key operational and commercial aspects of the resort overseeing the day-to-day operations while also driving the resorts’ performance with long-term vision and business strategy.
