Etihad Extends COVID19 Global Wellness Insurance Cover Until October 1

The national airline of the United Arab Emirates, Etihad Airways, has announced the extension of its COVID19 global wellness insurance cover until October 1, 2021. As explained by Senior Vice President Sales & Cargo, Martin Drew, this step will further reinforce the effectiveness of Etihad Wellness, the airline’s health and hygiene programme.

“As Etihad continues to gradually expand its services to up to 60 destinations this spring, the airline wants to instil confidence to travel and hopes this additional cover will reassure guests Etihad is doing everything it can to keep them safe and protected,” he added.

Etihad is one of the most efficient airlines in the skies and it ensures that all guests who opt for their services get the best of everything they have to offer. When the airlines rolled out the COVID-19 global wellness insurance cover, guests were assured of worry-free hassle-free travel onboard the airlines. Guests who are diagnosed with COVID-19 during their trip won’t have to worry about medical expenses or quarantine costs when they fly with Etihad.
