
The Maldives Butlers Academy, led by Mohamed Yamaany, recently conducted a specialized Butler Training program at Noku Maldives Resort from February 11th to 12th. Yamaany, with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, guided the staff through the essential skills of the trade.
The two-day program, tailored for 7 staff members, focused on grooming, service etiquette, and stress management. Interactive sessions and practical activities engaged participants, ensuring they gained real-world skills for their roles.
Feedback from the staff was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the relevance of the training and the trainer’s expertise. The well-structured program, along with a supportive learning environment, left participants confident that the new skills would elevate their service at the resort.
