Hailing from a culinary journey over the past 25 years that has taken him across the world, Chef Adam Clive Lockwood has based himself in the uber premium all-inclusive resort of Siyam World as the new Culinary Director.

This seasoned professional will lead the food and beverage developments in his new role at the resort, crafting innovations that align with the 24hrs premium all-inclusive dining experiences at the retreat.

Unparalleled private dining views

Chef Adam has experience of working onboard seven different vessels in the fleet at Celebrity Cruises under Apollo Ship Chandlers hotel operations. Parts of his exciting adventures has been with Cunard, The Apollo Group, Norwegian Cruise Line, Carnival Australia, Costa Crociere S.p.A., sea chefs at jobs auf Kreuzfahrtschiffen, MSC Cruises, Holland America Line, and ACL Culinary Consultancy. He has been a man of many titles, working his way up to his latest position at the resort.
