Deemed the ultimate tropical wellness and lifestyle retreat, the month-long program will run till 7th April 2023 delivering a packed calendar of intriguing activities during the period.
Catering to all types of travellers from wellness seekers to gym bunnies to those looking forward to mindful moments, the sessions brought by the team will run from sunrise to sunset and will include a fun mix of various health-centric routines. This includes morning runs, beach yoga, martial arts and self-defence featured alongside dance fitness, aerial arts, aqua gym, strength sessions as well as nutrition & lifestyle classes and snorkelling. Amanda is a dance fitness instructor who supplies a burst of energy to every class she leads whereas Xenia is an aerial arts master who specializes in elegant gymnastics like Trapeze, rings, silk and etc. Mooza is a passionate yoga teacher who brings a blend of meditative and challenging exercises to all his classes while Rafa is a black-belt Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor who empowers guests with self-defence techniques.
