Introducing Kuramathi’s Newest Editions to Its Team

The dynamic team of service providers at Kuramathi Maldives are celebrating the addition of two new members to its team - f Harrish “Harry” Manggaring Aniceto as the resort’s Learning & Development Manager and Michaela “Michi” Richter as its Resident Marine Biologist.

Harry comes to the team all the way from Philippines, with more than a decade of hands-on experience in the industry. His exposure spans across a multitude of hotel operation areas, and has worked in the Middle East in addition to work experience at his homeland.

In his new role, harry will be utilizing his expertise to create training programs in line with the resorts vision and values with aims of achieving service excellence and consistency.

German national Michi brings an extensive background of marine knowledge to Kuramathi, a super enhancement to the conservation efforts at the resort indeed. Her experience with the tropical marine fauna and specialization in conservation will be elemental to organizing and implementing sustainable activities for guests focused around environment protection and green initiatives.
