The game-changing island (desti)nation of Kandima Maldives, known for paving the way for the NEW Maldives, hosted uber-kool Italian football stars Davide Calabria (AC Milan) and Patrick Cutrone (Club Empoli / Wolverhampton Wanderers).
The two Italian professional football players came exclusively to Kandima for a football camp with a selection of players from the Maldives National Under 19 football team, in addition to experiencing the wholesome active lifestyle at Kandima from wellness to a multitude of oh-so-fun activities. The camp, which was organized in collaboration with Manta Air and Plankton Maldives, provided a fantastic opportunity for the Maldives' talented under-19 players to train with top Italian professional footballers.
Both Davide Calabria and Patrick Cutrone, both of whom play for Serie A clubs Empoli and Wolverhampton Wanderers, are members of the Italian national team. Kandima Maldives hosted a special party for the Italian football stars with guests, media, VIPs, and Maldivian sports influencers at our adults-only Forbidden bar. Even better, everyone had the unique opportunity to take oh-so-cool photos and mingle with their favorite football stars!
“At Kandima Maldives, we believe in giving back and bringing a meaningful contribution to our community. We strive to bring innovative and exceptional money-can’t-buy experiences such as bringing famous football stars to mingle with our guests and staff.” Expressing his enthusiasm over the course is Neeraj Seth, the Cluster Director of Marketing Communication & Public Relations, Kandima Maldives and Nova Maldives.
