Kandooma Maldives Appoints Chef Eddie as Director of Culinary, Restaurants & Bars

Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives is excited to announce the promotion of Chef Ng Ai Kuan Eddie to the role of Director of Culinary, Restaurants & Bars. With over 20 years of culinary experience in renowned hotels and resorts across Asia and the Middle East, Chef Eddie has worked with prestigious brands such as Hilton, InterContinental, and Jumeirah.

Joining Kandooma Maldives in 2018 as Executive Chef, Chef Eddie has been instrumental in redefining the resort's dining offerings. His innovative approach has led to the introduction of signature menu concepts and fostered a culture of creativity and teamwork within his culinary team.

In his new position, Chef Eddie will oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and culinary outlets. His leadership will continue to focus on enhancing the resort's dining experiences, while maintaining its commitment to quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
