Oliver Eller Appointed General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives

The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, has appointed Oliver Eller as its new General Manager, marking a new chapter of leadership for the luxury resort. With over 32 years in the travel and ultra-luxury hospitality sectors, Oliver brings unmatched experience and a strong reputation for excellence.

Throughout his career, Oliver has held significant roles with leading global hospitality brands, including Ritz-Carlton properties in Moscow, Wolfsburg, and Schloss Hotel in Berlin. His contributions to several Ritz-Carlton pre-opening teams in cities such as Berlin, New Orleans, and Sharm El Sheikh further demonstrate his leadership in building high-performing operations from the ground up.

In his new position, Oliver will oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations, ensuring that The Ritz-Carlton Maldives continues to deliver unparalleled guest experiences in line with the brand’s luxury standards. His focus will include fostering a culture of innovation, operational efficiency, and personalised service while driving revenue growth and expanding the resort’s market presence.
