Since joining Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa in June 2022 as Sales Manager, Shiham has demonstrated exceptional prowess and a profound understanding of the hospitality industry. His rapid and impactful contributions have resulted in the expansion of the resort's business in Asia and the GCC markets. His strategic acumen and commitment to nurturing strong relationships with local destination management companies have been pivotal in the resort's growth and prosperity.

Shiham's journey in the hotel industry commenced as Assistant Reservations Manager at One and Only Maldives, where he gained invaluable insights into guest services and reservations management. He further honed his skills at renowned establishments like Jumeirah Vittaveli, Maldives, and Island Destination Maldives, where he served as Sales & Reservations Manager before joining Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa. His tenure at these esteemed properties endowed him with expertise and a fresh perspective, which he now brings to Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa – an eco-conscious haven teeming with vibrant coral reefs and marine life.
