Pietro Addis Takes the Helm as General Manager at The Nautilus Maldives

The Nautilus Maldives, an ultra-luxury private island resort nestled in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Baa Atoll, proudly welcomes Pietro Addis as its new General Manager. With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years in high-end luxury operations, Pietro is poised to lead the resort towards new heights of excellence, both in guest service and fostering a thriving work environment.

Having previously contributed his talents to esteemed establishments like COMO Hotels & Resorts and Aman Resorts, Pietro brings a wealth of knowledge and specialized business development acumen to his new role. Notably, his tenure included leading the successful renovation and relaunch of the Metropolitan Miami Beach under the COMO banner in 2020, showcasing his proficiency in orchestrating transformative projects.

Pietro's passion for culinary arts has also played a pivotal role in his career. At Mandarin Oriental Canouan, he spearheaded the redesign of Food & Beverage concepts, overseeing a team of over 200. This unique blend of culinary finesse and operational expertise positions him as a well-rounded leader in the luxury hospitality realm.

Before venturing into luxury travel, Pietro excelled in the realm of investment banking. His financial acumen and proven track record in optimizing the performance of exclusive properties worldwide now enrich his role at The Nautilus.
