The resort’s ‘Deeply in Love’ initiative allows valentines to mark their affection underwater by planting a heart-shaped coral frame in the turquoise waters themselves. The coral frame symbolizes everlasting love and growing romance for love-struck couples and will remain a timeless memento of their time on the island resort.
The romantic gesture also aligns with the sustainability initiatives of The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives which was incepted last year as a purposeful way to convey love. Both crew and guests ventured down to the ocean and placed their heart-shaped corals in 2022 and a year after, the site serves as a magnificent coral garden where blooming corals serve as homes to diverse schools of fish.

DJ Phat Phil is going to mix the music of love from 1 February to 31 March 2023 while iconic wellness figure Khun Noom will be enhancing intimate moments by providing Reiki and Sound Healing and putting forward wellness for couples from 5 February to 31st March.
