Luke Air Resumes Weekly Charters to the Maldives

The Polish market is one of the most promising source markets that has emerged for the Maldives post the pandemic. The ease of travel and direct connectivity has allowed the influx to flourish whilst playing an integral role in achieving pre-pandemic arrival figures.

Today, Luke Air joins the fleet of direct connections between Poland and Maldives by resuming weekly charters. 297 passengers onboard has touched down in the Maldives. Operated by y Blue Panorama Airlines and chartered by the Polish tour operator ITAKA, flights are scheduled from now through April 2022.

Local agent managing the charters, Sun Ocean Maldives is taking joint part with Visit Maldives in the ongoing marketing campaign with ITAKA. The efforts are aimed to boost arrivals from the Polish market by enticing them with the renowned products and uniquely-Maldivian experiences offered in the destination. Also, Maldives as a safe haven remains the theme of this campaign.
