The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC / Visit Maldives) is promoting the Maldives at IMEX Frankfurt 2022, one of the world's major MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions) trade shows aimed at the European market.
During this event, MMPRC and industry partners will highlight how the Maldives effortlessly blends business and leisure, as well as explain to potential business travelers how traditional business events can be turned into a business + leisure concept. From the 31st of May to the 2nd of June 2022, the event will be held in Frankfurt, Germany.
IMEX is Germany's largest MICE show, attracting European business travelers searching for new and innovative locations and methods to conduct meetings and events. More than 4,900 trade professionals with decision-making ability are anticipated to attend this year's IMEX event. The event is projected to attract about 3,900 hosted buyers.
MMPRC is attending this event alongside nine other industry partners to promote the destination's distinctive MICE venues and prospects to German and European business travelers. The event will showcase the Maldives' four primary tourist popular hot-spots: resorts, hotels, guesthouses, and live-aboard, as well as why the Maldives' seclusion, security, and tranquility make it an excellent destination for MICE guests.
As part of the corporation’s efforts to promote the many segments of tourism accessible in the destination, MMPRC is representing the country at this event. MMPRC has been leading big efforts across the world to market the Maldives' MICE options to potential business tourists.
