Maldives VS Arsenal at the U13 Dubai Cup

Maldives’ Under 13 National team departs to Dubai Intercontinental U13 Football Cup. The team will play against Arsenal (England), Al Fateh(Saudi) & SSS(UAE).

The U13 Intercontinental Cup brings into Dubai, since its first edition in 2017, the best Teams worldwide from the 5 continents.

Winners of the first edition, defeated Juventus 1-0 in the Gold Cup final of the Dubai Under-13 Intercontinental Cup football tournament in 2019 to win the crown for the second time. In the play-off for third place, Barcelona defeated FC Twente 3-1, while Al Ahly of Egypt edged Italy’s Levante Azzuro on penalties in the Silver Cup final following a 1-1 draw.

Last year, 20 teams participated from 13 different countries while the 2020 edition features 24 teams. The Cup taking place from February 13th to 15th is sponsored by Ministry of tourism Maldives.
