Meet Samee Saeed- The Newly Appointed Resort Manager At Oaga Art Resort

Oaga Art Resort has appointed the highly motivated and dedicated professional Samee Saeed as their new resort manager. With almost 17 years of experience in the Tourism Industry, Samee brings both his extensive knowledge and passion to the table and strives to provide guests with exceptional hospitality and customer service.While building his career in this industry, Samee has used his expertise skills in working with both domestic and international brands such as the highly acclaimed Cheval Blanc Randheli, W Maldives Retreat and Spa and even Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences.

Starting out as an MBA graduate from Asia E University in Malaysia, he has focused in Hospitality Management and kicked off his career as a Welcome Ambassador at W Maldives. He has also served as an Alchemist Supervisor at Cheval Blanc Randheli before paving his way to the top.

Over the years, he has worked as a Butler, Duty Manager, Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager before being appointed as the Assistant Resort Manager at Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences.

As the new Resort Manager at Oaga, Samee has shared his vision towards the resort by saying that the staff and him are committed to build a brand that showcases individuality and creativity, with the original Maldivian hospitality and experience rooted at its core.

Oaga Art Resort is a resort built under the one-island-one-resort concept and is set to welcome guests for the first time during the 4th quarter of this year. Located in North Male’ Atoll with only a 45-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport, the resort is currently scouting for local talents to join their team.
