The St. Regis Vommuli is known for their top-notch culinary scenes. To take your pastry game to the next level is Amar Roy, the new Executive Pastry Chef. Amar boasts of 13 years of experience in the pastry scene.

Amar has previously worked with Taj Group of Hotels in India, Al Bustan Palace by Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis, W and Westin Dubai hotels and the Kempinski. He has the experience of managing 12 to 30 professional chefs at a time.
