During the Villa Hotels & Resorts rebranding and transformational journey, Mohamed Iujaz Zuhair has been appointed as the new Resort Manager at Paradise Island Resort and Spa.
Iujaz comes with several years in the hospitality industry experience under his belt, both in the local market as well as the international market. His main goal is to focus on the excellent level of guest service and then develop market performance in both quality and growth-focused environments.
Before he joined his current company, his work has led him to countries all across the world to work with world-renowned brands such as Hilton Worldwide, Four Seasons Resort, and Jumeirah. Aside from the Maldives, he has also worked in Seychelles and Kuala Lumpur.
One of the ley strengths that the man himself believes he has is his ability to serve the customers with laser focus and allow them to have memorable experiences during their stay through engaging in providing them with the best-in-class service.
