Meeting The Market Demands, Gulf Craft Strengthens Their Leadership Team

Gulf Craft Maldives has announced a restructure of its senior management team, bolstering its operations to meet the island nation's growing demand for its vessels. The company is solidifying its presence in the Maldives and preparing for additional growth of the production facilities following the departure of former General Manager, Terry Stamatakos.

The company, which celebrated its 20th anniversary last year, has worked closely with the Maldives' government and people since its inception, contributing to the development of the country's tourism industry and playing a critical role in the development of the country's transportation sector, which now caters to nearly 85% of the country's transportation demands, including support for public transportation, coast guard, emergency & ambulance services, and restoration.

Gulf Craft is currently constructing a new state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the manufacturing of vessels for use in the Indian Ocean in order to meet market growth and its clients' needs and requirements. Gulf Craft will be able to double its production capacity in the next 16 months thanks to the new factory's advanced technology and tools. The new manufacturing facility will be part of the Gulf Lagoon project, which will see Gulf Craft continue to serve the local community in the Maldives by creating new job opportunities and boosting tourism in the island nation.

The year 2022 will be a game changer in the Gulf Craft story, as the company celebrates the 40th anniversary of its UAE shipyard. Gulf Craft has grown exponentially over the last four decades to become one of the world's most innovative boat and yacht manufacturers.
